DAV 5K run and walk is about more than just the veterans themselves

Runners, families, and non-veterans came together on November 11th, 2023 for the eighth annual Disabled American Veterans 5K run and walk. I went with a classmate to learn why folks came out that weekend. We shot & produced this package for our Fall 2023 Reporting w/ Audio and Video class at Boston University.

Kayaking at Powers Farm

I produced and hosted an award-winning feature program on kayaking in our hometown. I interviewed the kayaking instructor and several visitors and assisted in creative direction while another volunteer filmed. This production marked my hosting debut for RCTV.
